A Quick Way to Polish Your Rings

Everybody has different theories as to how to clean jewelry. Rings, specifically, gather the most dirt as they are on our hands all the time.  And we do so much with our hands! However, you can clean them without really doing much.

Your ring is a fragile object; therefore, it's extremely important that you handle it with care.  If you bang your ring onto something hard enough, it could chip the band or loosen the setting. If you know that you’re going to do something labor intensive, take off your ring and put it in a safe place.

Thick locations and creams can result in residue build-up.  This can make your ring look and feel dirty, and cause it to become discolored—especially if your band is made of white gold or platinum.

Mix water with liquid dish washing soap in equal parts. Then, soak the rings in it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Finally, use a tooth brush to give a little scrub to the rings. Done!
